Which products does Stackset currently support?+
Shelfie is our active product and is in beta on iOS (TestFlight) and Android. Clipforge and Pantryloop were retired in 2025 and 2024 respectively; we still answer questions about data export from those products. Relayform is an internal platform and isn't sold separately.
How do I get into the Shelfie beta?+
Visit shelfie-app.ca and request an invite. Testers receive a TestFlight link (iPhone) or an Android install link, and are added to the feedback rounds that shape each release.
How do I delete my account or data?+
In Shelfie, open Menu → Account → Request account deletion. We confirm by email and remove your data, including backups, within 30 days. For retired products, email privacy@stackset.io from the address you signed up with.
I found a bug. Where do I report it?+
Use the form below with the product selected, or email support@stackset.io. Include your device, OS version and the app version from Menu → About. Screenshots help a lot.
I found a security issue.+

Can my brand or store be in Shelfie?+
Yes. Shelfie curates a catalogue of products and launches, and we're onboarding brands and retailers for launch. Email partners@stackset.io.
Do you offer Clipforge or Relayform to new customers?+
Not at the moment. Clipforge is retired; existing exports remain available on request. Relayform powers our own products. If you're interested in the endpoint model, our security page explains how it works.
What are your support hours?+
Email is monitored every day; a founder replies to most messages within one business day (Eastern time). There is no phone support.
